credit card debt erase debt now
In over my head … Need debt advice?

I have about $ 20,000 in debt right and make $ 38.000 I'm living at home to try to get this down, but have fallen behind on payments and feel like I'm in my head. I have 28 and I leave my parents house as soon as possible. I am currently looking for a better paying job. What I can do to erase or reduce this debt by half as soon as possible? The debt is basically two credit cards. Thanks

First, cut the cards, put them in a block of ice, buried in the back yard, anything, to stop use. (Do not close the accounts because it actually will hurt your credit score.) Pay cash for what you need and if you have cash then is necessary to find another solution or just do not believe at all. If you can not find a better job, find a part-time job. extra work in the evenings or weekends week should be used to pay its debt. Focus on the debt with higher interest rate. Make minimum payments on its debts. The sooner you can pay the debt interest rates higher, the better, because it will save money in the long term. Continue working and will improve, but it will probably take much time and discipline. Edit to add: if you decide to consider a consolidation loan, you can try the site next person to person loan.

Can a Case settled before the court date remain on your credit report??

Hi guys! I was just checking my credit report and realized that an old credit card debt that had he had commenced a lawsuit against me in the local court. Before the court date to appeal and developed a payment plan in place and I should finish soon. We never went to court and I swear I sent a letter that was fired. But the trial is in my report public debt and achieve my rating even though I understand that should not have let it go that far but I have to wait 70-10 years to disappear or must be off when I'm finished paying??

Will remain on your credit record for 7 years after the last transaction in account, most likely seven years after your last payment.

Would you be approved for a mortgage?

I've been a nanny for 3 years, although only the last three months paid at the table .. I 650 a week. My mom has been working with for 8 years and 25,000 a year. We have good credit scores .. as a 621 that we have about 5,000 as payment initial. We have bills to pay … no car loan .. little credit card debt as 300.00 … but I have a 7000 student loan .. but I paid very little of it monthly. Could qualify? We just want as 150,000 starter home .. live in New Jersey and found some good low-cost houses.

Although 620 can not be a good result there are some lenders who consider loan with this score, and to take other things into account to make up your score. One is the debt ratio could be lower than required. Apply for a FHA home loan may be the way forward as they have a program as low as 3.5%. With the cost of closing so many vendors to pay a certain percentage of that cost. your realtor ask the seller for closing costs 100%. The seller or will to say yes or make a counter offer as to what percentage or dollar amount you can on your behalf. There are many things to do, the first thing to do is get Contact a mortgage broker does FHA and VA mortgage and get pre-approved. This is the first step. Once you have a pre-adoption contact with a real estate agent to search the house based on what they are qualified to buy. You will need proof of income to have pay stubs available W-2 statements, banking and other items of your mortgage broker is required. He will tell you what is needed once in contact with him. This pre-approval will tell you how much house they are qualified to purchase and the interest rate, the monthly mortgage payments and other necessary things you need to know about your mortgage. You do not know if you qualify for a mortgage unless you apply, therefore be applied as soon as possible. I hope this been of benefit to you, good luck. "IN CONTROL"

the billions dollars ……. as the U.S. has been doing? What has changed more in the U.S. to take into account the fact that a few decades ago, we had debt little national and almost balanced budgets and yet still had a functioning government that offers many programs and was able to survive to the Soviets, explore space, go to the moon, and in general had the largest county and the cheapest ever greater success? What changed starting a few decades ago … where our government seems to be always short of money and keep the loading on the national credit card by borrowing from foreign countries? Who pushed for changes that led to this set of circumstances and what was the program … and where will we be in 20 years if we stay on the road that put us in decades ago?

The military industrial complex. Bill Clinton had the last balanced budget and reducing wasteful spending for the military. It is true that the tax rate was 3% higher than it is now, but balancing the budget. When W. won the elections, which handled military spending and reduce taxes.
